Dimitri Snowden is a visionary, nerd and whiz who specializes in using innovative technologies to solve unique and complex problems.  He is well read, well traveled, and prides himself on being a expert designer, technologist and strategist.  His company, ion360, develops a wide range of technology and strategy innovations for those doing business in fast paced digital age, but for some, what Snowden does when he’s outside of the office may be of even greater interest.  Snowden has a passion for education that he’s taking to the streets, launching a modern charter school with a technological edge.

Dimitri is the co-founder of the Paramount School of Excellence, an Indianapolis charter school modeled after a Lego construction.  The school works to develop independent thinking, caring students that will make a difference in both their communities and their world at large.  The school features iPads, iTouches, high sensory discovery zones, and other unique elements that work to integrate promote a smart and intuitive education for underserved urban students.  This allows students to enter the real world equipped with the reasoning and logic skills that they’ll need to participate in a rapidly changing global economy.  In addition, they’ll already have the computer and technological skills necessary to compete in the modern workforce.
